French Name :
Victoire
|
'Spirit of the Wind', a clear and frosted glass car mascot by René Lalique. This is the largest, most famous and beautiful of Lalique's range of 30 mascots. Moulded signature 'R.LALIQUE' and 'FRANCE' to both sides of the neck just above the base. This mascot is now exceptionally rare and extremely difficult to find in such excellent condition, as most have suffered from grinding or damage over the years, particularly at the end of the hairline and on the base.
