(Move down to see further photographs)
This is a fabulous 1990's Crystal Lalique glass deskpiece mascot depicting the most famous of all mascots - the 'Spirit of Ecstasy', the Charles Sykes designed 'Flying Lady' which has adorned every Rolls Royce car radiator in various sizes since 1911 to the present day. It is complete with its integral original presentation glass plinth and presentation box with its outer protective slip cover all complete with the makers labels. The figure has the usual 'Lalique France' etched copyright signature under the display base, and the 'RR' factory logo, with the limited edition number '167' engraved also. The makers label is still affixed to the front of the base . This was made in a limited edition by Lalique in association with Rolls Royce and is now extremely hard to find. Surely the ultimate desk ornament for the Rolls Royce aficionado.
Dimensions : 190 mm high including integral glass display base. 160mm high glass mascot. 69mm diameter of display base.
Condition : Glass figure and base in absolutely perfect condition. It has never been displayed or used, but kept in its box since manufacture. The display box and slip cover are in pristine original condition. Makers label on the base of the figure is in mint condition.
