This is one of the very last sets made by Drew. The more modern Coracle influence with the white interior and cutlery layout to the lid is most evident. The outside moulding of the box, plus the design of the wicker covered wire sandwich box supports are characteristic of Drew. A good set, clearly showing that such skilfully made pieces will never be produced again, and a poignant reminder of a long lost time of style and beauty.
